Recruiter / Admin Officer (Australian Tech Company)

Full Job Description
We are currently looking to hire a Recruiter, Admin Officer or similar professional to support with a variety of tasks relating to sales, recruitment, and accounts. This role will join our existing diverse team and play a key part in continuing to grow our business.
Key roles and responsibilities
- Create and update resumes in word for professionals such as engineers, managers, specialists etc.
- Manually transfer resumes from word and pdf format into our online platform (RoleSpot)
- Update info/records in Excel, JobAdder, RoleSpot, ClickUp etc.
- Identify and keep up to date with local industry events (including updating event calendars)
- Update prospect and opportunity list based on roles advertised on job platforms from potential clients and competitors
- Support with other tasks relating to sales, finance, recruitment, onboarding etc.
Key skills and experience
- Prior experience in recruitment, admin, data entry, sales, accounts / finance, customer service, and/or similar would be ideal
- Good English language skills - reading, listening, writing and speaking
- Excellent typing skills - speed and accuracy
- Familiar with MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to quickly learn how to use software tools that we use in our business
- Experience with developing resumes, cover letters or similar documentation would be beneficial
- Good understanding of the typical roles and responsibilities of engineers, managers and related professionals in large businesses or government would be beneficial
