Monnoo Group of Industries is looking for an Import Assistant. The Import Assistant will provide support to the Import Administrator and assist with the preparation of import documents in compliance with customs and government regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Morning Report Express (live news from CCFEI) of raw material, comprising VSF, PSF, COTTON etc, for the information of Higher Management.
· Obtain raw materials rates from different Websites and prepare consolidated report for the information of Higher Management.
· Scrutinize the contracts for description / rates and preparation LC applications;
· Follow-up with the banks for draft LC’s;
· Check Draft LC documents for transmission of LC’s;
· Obtain insurance policies from the insurers and intimate the units of arrangement of funds for release / retirement of documents from banks;
· Follow-up with the units for D/D’s bearing Customs Duty / Infrastructure Cess;
· Closure of LC files.
· Facilitate the units regarding their queries.
Qualification/Skills:
· B-Com or BSc. from any reputable institute. Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Analyze clients and management needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods to communicate updates and findings; and facilitate project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences.
- Assist CEO to grow existing business and find new business opportunities
- Work with JV partners or clients to participate in tender bidding processes.
- Participate in government and private pre and post bid meetings.
- Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs and written reports * Supervise any construction work of any projects.
- Coordinate with government departments and regulatory bodies in acquiring required Permits, licenses and approvals
- Make a Presentation & spreadsheets to demonstrate errors and findings of transactions.
- Prepare reports on facts & findings and present results to clients and management
- Read and analyze RFP’s of projects. Maintain all existing and potential deals tracker.
- Prepare business reports for different projects.
- Collect data on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations.
- Drafting of business proposals for different project and also for and on behalf of different clients
- Analyze different industries and prepare sector analysis report
- Coordinate with other business verticals within the group
- Coordinate with existing and potential clients
- Keep track of all potential business deals and work closely with CEO/COO on follow-up and deal closure
- Meet existing or potential clients to discuss projects.
- Liaison with lawyers in legal matters, petitions and court proceedings.
- Organize business meetings or events across the country.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers to understand payers’ unmet needs and coordinate commercial & access long-term business objectives to maximize access.
- Develop and operationalize the approved public policy plan or healthcare initiatives for assigned disease area in both government and private sectors - engage stakeholders e.g., Ministries, provincial governments, health departments, payors, Institutions, NGO, Insurance
- Create a customized value proposition, based on a deeper understanding of payer needs to secure access for new product launches, National Drug List, formulary inclusions, value added program (e.g. disease awareness and education), and/or commercial agreements.
- Analyse data (non-patient) and improve efficiency of Patient Assistance Program process
- Discuss or propose treatment protocols to clinical and/or payer stakeholders.
- Lead identification and strategic prioritisation of new business opportunities with non-traditional customer and payers.
- As a subject matter expert, understand and anticipate future policy, procurement and access trends, with additional focus on non-traditional payors incl. private insurance or new public funding sources, to advise the business and inform market access strategy and ensure Pfizer is positioned to lead in value-based healthcare.
- Work internally to influence and achieve strong alignment with commercial, medical, and relevant support functions so that opportunities are adequately resourced.
- Conduct feasibility studies for existing and new non-traditional payors.
- Develop key stakeholder engagement plan and ensure the plan is up to date
- Knowledgeable of customer preferences for content and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Science or a healthcare background (e.g. medicine, pharmacist) with solid knowledge of the industry.
- Sales, medical and/or marketing experience strongly recommended. Experience is market access will be a plus.
- Experience in developing access strategies across multiple therapeutic areas is desirable
